So I did purchase a rose gold moss agate ring along with the box. The box was great, I loved the wood and the customized letter they put on it.
The ring was murky/clouded and hard to see the design. So I contacted their support and they agreed to replace it for me. It took a while for reasons outside their control, but once they got a new stock, they checked with me and made sure I liked the replacement. I got it in the mail today and it's beautiful. I really appreciated the customer support every step of the way to make sure I got something I wanted. As a bonus for all the hassle and waiting, they even gave me an extra ring (a different kind than the original). 10/10 customer service and I can't wait to give the ring to my gf.
