Every piece is built to last and covered by our Full Lifetime Warranty.

What the Lifetime Warranty covers

If your jewelry has a manufacturing defect, we'll repair or replace it. This includes:

• Breakage, including snapped chains
• Tarnishing or discoloration beyond normal wear
• Deep scratches beyond surface wear
• Stones that fall out

The warranty lasts for the entire life of the jewelry. Replacement pieces are covered by the same warranty. We pay shipping on approved warranty replacements within the US.

What the warranty does not cover

• Items that are lost or stolen
• Intentional damage, or damage caused by someone else
• Excessive wear and tear, meaning repeated or intense misuse
• Non-jewelry products, such as ring boxes
• Claims using a photo already submitted in another claim

When a claim may be declined

A claim may be declined if the jewelry:

1. Was damaged through misuse or neglect
2. Was resized, engraved or otherwise modified by someone other than Mureti Jewelry
3. Is part of a false or fraudulent claim

The warranty covers items bought directly from muretijewelry.com. For items bought from another retailer, please contact that retailer.

How to make a claim

Email contact@muretillc.com with:

1. Your order number
2. A clear photo of the damaged item (claims without a photo can't be processed)
3. A short description of the defect
