What does Mureti Jewelry Lifetime Warranty cover?
We understand your jewelry's value, which is why every piece is built to last and covered by our Full Lifetime Warranty.
What Lifetime Warranty Covers:
If your item has a manufacturing defect upon arrival, we will repair or replace it. This guarantee covers:

Breakage (including snapped chains)

Tarnishing or discoloration (damage beyond normal wear)

Deep scratches (damage beyond surface-level wear)

Stones that fall out
Our Promise:
Our guarantee lasts for the entire life of the jewelry. If a replacement piece has a defect, we will continue to cover it under the same guarantee.
What Our Warranty Does Not Cover:

Items that are lost or stolen.

Intentional damage or damage caused by third parties.

Excessive wear and tear.

Claims for our non-jewelry products.

Claims submitted with a photo previously used in another claim.
Examples of Excessive Wear and Tear:
Jewellery that has been repeatedly or intensely misused and shows damage beyond what we cover under our manufacturing guarantee.
How to Make a Claim:
To start a warranty claim, please email us at contact@muretillc.com and we’ll guide you through the next steps. Your email must include:

Your order number.

A clear photo of the damaged item.

A description of the defect.
Please note: Claims without a clear photo cannot be processed.
Mureti Jewelry’s Right to Decline Claims.
Our warranty only covers items purchased directly from the official Mureti Jewelry website. If you bought your item from a third-party retailer, you must handle the warranty claim directly with that store, as it is not covered by our lifetime warranty.
