Q: How can I accurately determine my ring size before ordering?

A: Mureti Jewelry currently suggests an at-home sizing method where you measure your finger using a strip of paper or string. You then measure the strip's length in millimeters and use a standard conversion chart to find your size. Q: If I order the wrong size, can I exchange it?

A: Yes, we offer a 30-day exchange policy, starting from the day you receive your item. For accepted exchanges, the customer is responsible for covering the cost of return shipping for the item.

Q: What are the typical shipping times and costs?

A: We offer free standard shipping within the USA. Standard US shipping generally ranges from 2–5 business days. You can also select priority or express shipping at an additional cost while doing your checkout. International shipping times are estimated to be 9–30 days. Orders typically require 24–48 hours for fulfillment before they are handed over to the carrier.
