How do I find my ring size?
Wrap a strip of paper or string around the base of your finger, mark where it overlaps, and measure the length in millimeters. Then match it on our ring size chart. Wide bands (6–8mm) fit snugger, so if you're between sizes, choose the larger one.
What if my ring doesn't fit?
Email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and the right size. We'll ship the new size for free, and you keep the original ring. No return needed. See our Refund and Exchange Policy for details.
What are your rings made of?
Most of our men's and couples bands are tungsten carbide, inlaid with materials like meteorite, whiskey barrel wood, deer antler, opal, moss agate or Damascus steel. Some women's rings are sterling silver. Each product page lists the exact materials.
Will my ring turn my finger green or irritate my skin?
No. Our rings are hypoallergenic and won't turn your finger green.
Can I wear my ring in the shower or at the gym?
Yes. Our rings are water, heat and sweat resistant for everyday wear. To keep wood and stone inlays looking their best, take your ring off for long soaks and around harsh chemicals.
Can you engrave my ring?
No. Our rings can't be engraved. We engrave the wood ring box instead. Every couple set comes with a walnut wood box for two rings, and for a single ring you can add the Olive Wood Ring Box for $25. Box engraving is $10: add Wood Box Engraving to your cart, pick one of 9 designs and type your text.
Do your rings make good gifts?

How long does shipping take, and what does it cost?
Standard US shipping is free on every ring. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, and US delivery takes 2–5 business days from dispatch, so most US orders arrive within a week. Priority and express upgrades are available at checkout. We also ship to Canada, the UK and select European countries; international delivery usually takes 9–30 days, depending on the destination. What does the Lifetime Warranty cover?
If your jewelry has a manufacturing defect, such as breakage, tarnishing, deep scratches or a stone falling out, we'll repair or replace it for the life of the piece. See the Lifetime Warranty page for full terms.
