Shipping Policy

United States: free standard shipping

Every ring ships free within the US. Orders are processed and handed to our carrier within 1–2 business days, and standard delivery takes 2–5 business days from dispatch, so most US orders arrive within a week of being placed. Priority and express upgrades are available at checkout if you need your ring sooner.

During peak periods (major holidays), processing can take up to 3–4 business days. If your order is affected, we'll email you right away with an updated dispatch date.

International

We currently ship to Canada, the United Kingdom and select European countries. You'll see every available country at checkout. International delivery typically takes 9–30 days depending on the destination and the shipping option you choose. In many countries you can prepay duties and taxes at checkout, so there are no surprise fees on arrival. Customs charges, where they apply, are set by your local government and are non-refundable once your package has been dispatched.

Tracking

You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. You can also track your order any time on our Track Order page.

Order changes

We can change your shipping address or order details only before the order enters processing. Once processing begins, we ship to the address provided at checkout, so please double-check it when ordering. Need a change? Email contact@muretillc.com as soon as possible and we'll do our best.
